Gem Workspaces Ltd is a not for profit company with charitable status which has been offering premises to rent to the business community since 1987. We offer high quality offices and small workshops/industrial units with easy access to the M8 at junction 11 in Queenslie, Glasgow.
Our workshops in Queenslie were built in 1997. They provide 10 industrial units ranging in size from 1000 – 2000 sq. ft. suitable for a variety of uses.
We also provide Grade A office space at our contemporary office building in the Wright Business Centre.
TRUSTEE VACANCY
The charity is looking for new trustees to serve as non-executive directors on the board. The board meet six times a year. At the moment, we are looking for new members with Marketing, Facilities Management, Regulatory Compliance (health, safety, environmental), Legal, Charity / not-for-profit sector. To enhance the diversity of the board we are particularly interested in hearing from female applicants.
Charity Trustee positions are voluntary. There is no remuneration, but reasonable travel expenses can be claimed.
